Turning 1

My first Colt's game

We got tickets to today's Colt's game and took Alyssa with us to see it. She did really well, and the people around us were charmed by her.

Alyssa got a few nights to play with second-cousin Kate at our house. Kate, Larry (Em's cousin) and Melissa were doing a tour of the midwest, visiting from Washington state. They visited with us for a couple of nights and the kids (just 2 months apart) had fun playing together... We were glad we got the chance to visit with them!

Someone told me the other day that I have such the happy baby. I would agree with them for the most part - that Alyssa is really great and is happy most of the time. But, like any good baby, we still have the meltdown moments...like when I go get the mail.
