tidal pools

The beach was full of these great little tidal pools - perfect for our afternoon play.

Alyssa really enjoyed playing at the beach. Tyler wasn't quite so crazy about it.

On our way, we stopped to visit some friends, Jenine and Don, and their new baby Connor. Connor is just a few months younger than Tyler. He had fun babbling with his new buddy... Big thanks to Jenine, Don and Connor for letting us crash for a night!

We took a trip to the beach in South Carolina for a week with the kids. 12 hours in the car with the kids. Some friends thought we were crazy, but they did pretty well...
