The Castle at night

We caught the parade at the Magic Kingdom our first night, which provided a great backdrop to a few pictures.

Alyssa and Sasha quickly caught up and enjoyed our first night together on the bus.

We got up really early to catch our flight out, so we rested when we arrived. Ty was so tuckered out that he rolled off of the trundle bed and onto the floor (about a 5 inch drop) without waking up. He slept between the wall and the bed while Alyssa enjoyed a coloring book...

Disney!!

Wow - what a good (and tiring) time. We spent a week in the heart of Walt Disney World being surrounded by all things Disney. We also were lucky enough to get to share our week with former neighbors and good friends that relocated to Texas last year. So good to see them and be able to spend time together, let alone explore Disney together. Our kids had a blast together, and we parents had fun too.

We came home tired, and feeling like we needed a vacation from our vacation, but with a lot of great memories and stories, and some good pictures. I literally took hundreds, so this is just a sampling of our good times.

Riding a bike

Alyssa got her first bike this week and did really well riding it. She was able to go on her own on just the second time she rode it!

Alyssa's class had a special afternoon program this week for mom's and dad's. Of course she and Jackson, her special buddy, mugged for the camera, too.

While we were in Chicago we played in a nice little park in Wicker Park. Tyler especially enjoyed hugging the bears.

We went to the zoo last week and Alyssa loved the Carousel. I had one hand on Tyler, so I wasn't able to get a shot of him too. He didn't enjoy it nearly as much as she did.
